Blueberry Lemonade Mocktail
Well, I am officially 30 weeks pregnant and am sick of drinking water. When I go out to dinner and request a mocktail, it ultimately arrives tasting too sweet or too fruity. So, I decided to concoct my own special mocktail to enjoy at home. It's easy, refreshing and not too sweet. Honestly, it would probably taste pretty good with vodka if you want to go that route.
What you'll need:
1/2 cup Blueberries
10-12 Mint Leaves
1 cup water
Sparkling Lemonade from TJs (or make your own)
Chop mint and slice lemons and then put top 4 ingredients into a pitcher to make your "fruity water mixture" and let sit for at least an hour (the more time, the better). When you are ready to serve, pour sparkling lemonade over ice and top with "fruit water mixture". Garnish with a few blueberries or a lemon slice.
